Cancelation Policy

You may reschedule or cancel up to 4 hours prior to your appointment without charge. If you fail to cancel or reschedule 4 hours or more prior to your appointment, or if you no-show, you will be charged a $25 cancelation fee. In the case of group bookings, we will charge the $25 cancelation fee per person/appointment missed.

To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we ask that you enter a credit card upon booking your appointment. This card is not charged to hold the appointment*. It is only charged in the case of a no-show, or cancelation within the 4 hour window. If you choose to, it can be used for checkout after your service.

*(When you enter your card info, the CC processor does place a $1 charge to check that the card is valid, and then that $1 charge is refunded, usually within 1 business day.)

If you enter your email when booking, you will receive a 48-hour reminder which we hope allows adequate time for you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
