Cancelation Policy

You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours prior to your appointment without charge.

If you need to make same-day adjustments to an appointment within the 24 hour window, please give us a call – (585) 433-0123 – as this is the only way to make this adjustment.  If you attempt to make the adjustment online. the system won’t allow it, and if you book a second appointment for a new time, you will be charged for the both appointments.

There is no charge to make a same-day adjustment. Subject to availability, cancelation policy is still in effect if appointment is canceled or rescheduled for another day.

Cancelation or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancelation/rescheduling fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled service.

*** Failure to cancel or reschedule will result in a charge of 100% of the price of your scheduled service ***

We emphasize this last point, because that can be an expensive charge and it is one we never want to have to make, but we must in order for our business to continue to run smoothly. Please make note of this policy, there will be no exceptions.

To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we ask that you enter a credit card upon booking your appointment. This card is not charged to hold the appointment* – It is only charged in the above situations. 

*(When you enter your card info, the CC processor does place a $1 charge to check that the card is valid, and then that $1 charge is refunded, usually within 1 business day.)

If you enter your email and/or phone number when booking, you will receive a 48-hour reminder which we hope allows adequate time for you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
